1. Overview

FluxToolkit respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of this Site to do the same. FluxToolkit is a tool-based platform. The primary content on this Site is our own original software, documentation, and blog articles. We do not host, reproduce, or distribute third-party copyrighted material as part of our core service.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on FluxToolkit infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated agent (contact information below) containing all of the following:

We aim to acknowledge all valid DMCA notices within 5–10 business days and to act promptly upon confirmed infringement.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification to our designated agent. A valid Counter-Notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., of any judicial district where FluxToolkit may be found).

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we may restore the removed material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat Infringers

FluxToolkit reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users or accounts that are repeat copyright infringers.
